Tungsten and Titanium Ring Warranty

Our tungsten carbide rings are engineered to be maintenance free, and we provide a lifetime warranty against breakage, chipping, or fracture. Under normal usage there will be little or no wear on both the polish and the textures of the tungsten carbide. Precious metal inlay material is excluded and is designed to exhibit a contrasting textured appearance after normal wear.

Tungsten carbide rings are not indestructible, and warranty will void if a ring is altered in any way, including engraving, sizing, drilling, stone setting, polishing, cleaning with harsh chemicals, soldering, burning or showing evidence of obvious repeated physical abuse.

RENDITIONS: Inlays and gemstones are not warranted under the lifetime guaranty. Inlays and their craftsmanship are not warranted against chips and cracks after the initial 30 days. Otherwise a repair fee will be applicable and determined on a case by case basis. Bicoholics.com will not be held liable for lost gems and diamonds. Resetting loose or detached gems and diamonds from a product improperly inlaid will be warranted.

STONES: Bicoholics.com is not liable for damages occurring to stones once they are in the possession of the customer. The harder stones generally will not crack. This question refers mainly to the softer stones such as Amethyst, Garnet and Tourmaline. These stones are fairly inexpensive and if well cared for will last a very long time, but if a ring gets banged hard or dropped they can very well crack.

COLORED TUNGSTEN: Colored tungsten should stay vibrant for many years. Bicoholics.com can not warrant gold zirconium, black tungsten, rose tungsten or other plated tungsten colors. Adding heat and electricity to the plated surface will change it appearance, and with time, colored tungsten will fade. Normal colored tungsten may change slightly to its surrounding environment, however the ring will look new for life.

CERAMIC: Ceramic rings and ceramic inlays are not warranted. Ceramic is much harder then tungsten and therefore is brittle. Ceramic becomes fragile if dropped on a hard surface floor or a ceramic floor containing the component silicon carbide. Ceramic colored rings are the same color throughout and small chips and scratches are not visible.

SHELL: Shell rings and shell inlays are not warranted. Shell becomes fragile if dropped on a hard surface floor or a ceramic floor containing the component silicon carbide.

DENTS: Tungsten, Titanium, and Ceramic materials are warranted against factory deformation and dents. Soft metals such as platinum ring or a gold ring are not warranted against deformation. Soft pottery, wood, and plated material inlays are not warranted against chips, deformation, or dents.

SCRATCHES: Tungsten is claimed to be a scratch resistant material. Bicoholics.com supports this gesture, however Bicoholics.com does not warrant against scratches. Tungsten Rings are not indestructible and therefore Bicoholics.com does not warrant scratches and maintenance to our products. Normal wear will be repaired at the owner's expense. Bicoholics.com tungsten rings will not scratch under normal wear conditions.

OUR COMMITMENT: Bicoholics.com warrants that all solid state products are free from defects in material and workmanship. bicoholics.com will at its options, either repair or replace any part of a product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repair parts or replacement product will be furnished by Bicoholics.com on an exchange basis, and will be repaired or exchanged new.

ELIGIBILITY: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover any damage to a product which results improper care from accident abuse, abnormal strain, neglect, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, maintenance, repair or modifications.

Lifetime Warranty
