MOST ITEMS ARE SHIPPED SAME DAY FOR IN STOCK ITEMS AND ORDERED BEFORE 12:00pm Weekdays.

A 25% Restocking Fee for ALL non-defective returns.

Shipping is flat rate USPS Priority. UPS Ground prices are based on UPS real time system. There is no charge for handling.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

You may exchange your purchase within 30 days of purchase. The items must be returned in its original condition and UPC TAGS on for a exchange less shipping. The merchandise must be in "LIKE NEW" condition and with out damages. If you have worn it then it is yours. PLease enjoy it.

To return merchandise, please follow the steps below:

For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the returned items with. Your account will be noted of the requested item less shipping.

Please indicate a reason for your return on our shipping form.

Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your purchased item with UPC tags on, and the copy of the shipping form.

YOU MUST SHIP TO: BICOHOLICS.COM 28306 Buena Way, Spring, TX. 77386. We recommend using Delivery Confirmation on your package. Once your returned item is received, it will be processed with 10 business days. BICOHOLICS.COM will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Every once in a while, a customer will place an order, we will process and ship the order, and the package comes back to us marked as refused. We will charge a 25% restocking fee.

If you are returning an item for a different size. We will pay the shipping if we sent you a size other than what you ordered. If you want a size different than what you ordered you must include $10.00 for shipping & handling for domestic orders; $31.99 for international orders. Be sure to include the new size you want. If you return an item for an exchange for any non-defective reason you must include $10.00 for shipping & handling for domestic orders; $31.99 for international orders.

Returning merchandise with express exchange. You may require the exchange to be expedited such as same, next or two day. You must pay for the exchanged item and shipping prior to the exchanged merchandise being sent out. All returned items require inspection. If tags are removed or items have been damaged merchandise will be refused. Once inspection has cleared the items. A credit for the amount of the item(s) less shipping will be credited to your account.
